Biked to Cambridge again today. I decided to try the non-highway route this time, so I took the Iron Horse trail down to Ottawa, then followed that to Homer Watson and took that all the way up to Cambridge. This route was way longer; it took me around two hours to get there. I was also biking slower though. When I got there I was pretty exhausted and had some sort of cramp/tightness in my right shoulder so I took the bus back instead of biking. I think I should take some more time for recovery before I get into the overtraining zone.
