Got up, biked to Bechtel Park for the dirty dash. Ran the 8k in ~56 minutes. I wasn't going for speed since Stone and a couple of his cheerleading friends were there as well and we were running as a group. The trail was pretty awesome, since it was an actual trail with just about every kind of terrain - asphalt, gravel, dirt, mud, and even a couple of creeks that you had to wade across. It had uphills and downhills too. In all it's one of the best trails I've run and it was a lot of fun since the varied terrain prevented me from getting tired or bored. At the end of the 8k there was a mud pit a couple of feet deep that you could dive into/wade through to get to the finish. I chose not to dive into but still got a lot of mud on my legs and into my Vibrams. After hanging around for a bit and getting a partial cleanup thanks to the guy with the hose, I hopped on my bike back to UW for the conditioning meet.

For the conditioning we flipped a tire from CIF to EIT and back, with 30 pull-ups and 30 dips while we were at EIT. We had 5 people flipping the first half and only 4 on the way back, and we took turns of 10 flips each. Took over 3 hours for the whole thing, and I may not be able to walk tomorrow. Also my fingers below the nails are all scraped up/raw/bleeding from having to grab under the tire.
